When each accounting period has ended (say a
3 month VAT period) the completed sheets are sent by post to ARIES and we will
enter the data into our computers and return to you a document which will
contain a complete transaction listing, a full Financial Ledger and an abridged
Profit and Loss statement based on the information you sent to us. Your
original documentation will also be returned to you.
However, before we undertake any work, we
will ask you to send your Trader Record Sheets (or copies of them) so that we
can give you a fixed price quote in order to enable you to judge whether we are
offering good value for money.
If you are happy with the price, we simply
ask you to confirm this to us and then we will proceed with the work as quickly
as possible.
Turn-round time is usually within a week.
As a rough price guide, if there are no more
than 200 transactions listed on your Trader Record Sheets for a three month
period, the quarterly charge will be about £60 and you will have all the
information you need to complete four quarterly VAT Returns per year for just
£240.
But there is better news to follow....
If you have used the Traders Record Sheets for four quarterly periods, we will
be able to
complete your Final Accounts for about £150.
Ask yourself.....Can anybody do it cheaper?.
If your existing accountant is charging you
less for the same amount of work - then take our advice.....stay with him, you
are getting excellent value for money.
But chances are that you are paying considerably more, so that is one very good
reason for trying out ARIES for a year or so. It will probably save you £ £ £
£'s.
