how it works.
There is a FREE Windows Accounting program which you can download and try out.
This is a very simple program to use. Once you have a bit of experience
using it, you should be able to achieve a data input rate in excess of 150
transactions an hour. That is fast! So it saves you time and gives you more
time to spend concentrating on your business.

You can use this program in one of two ways.....
· Simply key in the data and use the Financial Totals screen to help you complete your VAT Return.
· You can save your transaction details in a data file (These all have a .DAT file extension) and transmit the file to ARIES for processing.
You will receive back a full listing of your transactions together with a
financial summary. This can be transmitted to you via E-mail or sent to you in
hard copy format via the post.
Only when you are totally satisfied with the service provided by ARIES will you
be asked to pay for the data processing. If you are happy we simply ask you to
confirm this to us and we will provide you with a full financial ledger
print-out. All this for just £20.
That means that if you are VAT Registered you
will get all the information you need to complete four quarterly VAT Returns
per year for just £80.
But there is better news to follow....
If you have used the Internet service for those four quarterly periods, we will
be able to
complete your Final Accounts for about £150.
Ask yourself.....Can anybody do it cheaper?.
If your existing accountant is charging you
less than £230 - then take our advice.....stay with him, you are getting
excellent value for money.
But chances are that you are paying considerably more, so that is one very good
reason for trying out ARIES for a year or so. It will probably save you £ £ £
£'s.
